Co.CC is having issues, it's not something we can fix as we don't actually control the co.cc system. From what I'm able to see from here, it looks like the co.cc nameservers are offline, so you can't access the domain because co.cc can't tell you where it's actually hosted.

It's normal because co.cc is an external service at www.co.cc - we can't register your account there. You need to register it, and set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. The othe rprolbem you may have is coop.co.cc is considered a premium co.cc domain; it's not free.
