I don't have the answer for you, but you can log in to cPanel directly by going to https://xo#.x10hosting.com:2083 . It's a bit faster. Just make sure you sign in to the x10hosting homepage once every 21 days.

Just out of curiosity, do you have Always Online enabled in your Cloudflare Caching settings? With the error "unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems.", my guess is under attack, but could easily be maintenance or something else.
