I believe this is a setting somewhere in the options... how long to mark items as 'new' for. I have no idea where I saw this setting last so I'll have to dig around for it. Remind me in a few days if it's still not fixed ;P

From what I understand and may be wrong this is not something we will be enabling on free hosting due to how easy it is for people to overload the MySQL server by using these features while not knowing what they are doing. Also cPanel does not currently support the setting of these permissions...

Hmm, Try this... close the page, clear your cookies\temp files then go to https://clients.x10hosting.com/order.php from this link instead of through the main page. Let me know if it works. -Corey

After checking the data for a few days I've amended the latest changes for a bit... Users with 1 post are now able to give rep -- This being that a lot of users requesting support are new and only have a single post. This is generally were the most rep should come from, the support forums...

This was a permanent fix. Unless they change their servers.

The drive is failing on our current main server, we will be migrating to a new server shortly (It's being secured). Because of the disk failure we lost about 1 and 1/2 hours of posts today, I had to restore from backup and repair some stuff. When the migration starts the forums will be down...

This should be resolved... can you verify?

MySQL is one of the easier abused things because it's harder for us to calculate abuse on them... so add in a bunch of servers having their own MySQL makes it a huge pain for us. By centralizing it we will be able to better control abuse, keep it optimized, and it will also take 10-15% load off...

Hello, Double packages do not transfer over to paid hosting however we will credit your account whatever was paid for any free hosting upgrade. I'm assuming you have a ticket open in the support system... if it's not already under the admin section please put in a request to have it moved...
