As Brandon said, under the "Host directory" box should put "public_html/" and then the same for the testing server - if then under the "Url prefix" make sure you remove the public_html/ part so it then means when you press f12 it loads it and tests it in your actual site.

When did you sign up? and was it for adenhanced or adfree?

I think Sunil misread your problem assuming that "Problem Is I Dont No The Sql Adrress" means "I dont know what to put as the database server name" the mysql hostname is "localhost"
