That error is quite self explanatory. The PHP function exec() has been disabled because it presents a security risk. You may be able to get round the problem by commenting out line 54 in the offending file.

There should be a config.php file (or similar) in vSignup, you just need to edit that and put in your MySQL database details. (The host is localhost)
