Hi, We are still working on a way to handle the outgoing spam issues on the free servers. We've already sent requests to be removed from the lists but it does take some time. Paid servers are not on any blacklists... generally when people pay they don't do anything illegal ;) -Corey

There will be a notice when an account is suspended with the new account panel. We have to be careful about the amount of emails sent out though, we have tens of thousands of accounts and sending out constant reminders generally gets us put on some blacklists for spamming ;)

All servers will be going down for a reboot to apply a new kernel. An exploit was released that effects the version we are using. Thank you for your patience, downtime should not exceed 10 minutes. -Corey

Just wanted to say thanks to all of our volunteers, the ones that are on staff and the ones that just help out in the forums. Last month over 2,000 tickets were answered on the support desk and a few hundred more on the forums. That is a lot of time given up by some very nice people :)...

Our paid service is completely separate from our free service, including servers, setup, and rules. Free servers are all at 98% uptime for the past month. There is nothing we can do about the mail issues on free hosting, people spam, we catch them fairly quick but it's enough to cause...

As long as they keep paying us I'm okay with it ;). It would be too much of a pain to constantly go in and block advertisers... there are just too many people targeting 'hosting' on adsense.
