For the 100th time... this rule is not going away anytime soon. There are plenty of options to avoid being suspended including a small $3 fee. *Closed*

We never actually find out why... my guess is it could be two different things. Someone abused their account and harassed someone else. Or we suspended someone for breaking the ToS and they're angry. Generally attacks last less then a day, this is probably the longest one we've ever seen...

We are working on this with the next revision of the account panel. We do not currently have a firm ETA on it though. -Corey

Every VPS server is at least a quad core 2.4 or higher. Memory, disk, CPU utilization are all based on the plan you pick. -Corey

We removed the "Current cpanel" option because it was confusing people... after signing up for paid hosting just open a support ticket and we'll be happy to transfer your account which includes everything even databases, and emails to the paid server. -Corey

We get attacks quite frequently but most are easily negated and we generally don't announce them to avoid giving credit or antagonizing people who may be responsible. When nothing is affected they usually stop after a few hours and move on. I believe a lot of people think we run everything...

I love how people exaggerate... the average uptime for the free servers for the past 30 days which includes today is 98.34%, monitored from an external source not affiliated with us at 1 minute intervals. For a free service I find this completely acceptable, honestly I would say 95%+ for free...
