The tickets will be handled from the user's account panel when this system is implemented instead of through a separate system. So the user should only ever have to use the forums \ account panel to get help.

This is going off topic so I'm going to close it.
The 2 week inactivity rule is one of the things that everyone wants to get rid of but is part of the service. Sadly we can't give everyone everything, otherwise you'd have unlimited disk space and bandwidth too ;)
The suspensions for inactivity are automated, and so are the unsuspensions (Users can unsuspend themselves). For all the features we offer I don't believe asking someone to login once every two weeks is much to ask, no posting is ever required. You can even set it as your home page or, as...
