I don't have much time now...

So my account got suspended because off less than 5 mins cron job.

"if this suspension is not resolved within 12 days your hosting account may be terminated"

I cannot login to cPanel becuase it says incorrect password/username so can you please remove the cron jobs and open my account again?

Yeah there seems to be something strange going on with the suspensions. I got suspended for inactivity one day after getting unsuspended, and I visited the forums... what's up with that?

when suspended you will not be able to access cPanel as that one is blocked during suspension.

To unsuspend yourself you need to login to the Account Panel using the same login details as you do for forum. Once you have logged into the Account Panel you will have the option to view suspension reason, and unsuspend yourself if applicable.

Hi, I am experiencing same problem as Lady Anna...

It's been like 3-4 days in a row, I get suspendend... I send the unsuspension request, sites comes back up and the next day, it gets suspendend again...

Could you explain what the reason was for your suspension?

If you are receiving suspensions for the same reason as the original poster (for excessive cron jobs), did you edit your cron job settings after you were unsuspended?

If you're being suspended and you think something is wrong please open a ticket so an admin can look into it.
