Hello akhlesh, Due to our backend not being fully operational right now and some maintenance still taking place you'll be unable to reset your password just yet. Same goes for the suspension. You can unsuspend yourself once the backend comes back online again.

Hello John, The suspension still showing is a result of our backend system not being fully up to date. The only problem you may encounter is that you can't access the account panel until our backend system is back online, then you will have to submit the automatic unsuspension as per usual...
