Works fine, the buttons could do with some definite re-design, but the functionality is quite good. Some buttons get cut while trying to play and the pieces should be round not square. Overall well done though.

Well, if you want your visitors to be able to use the offline web app they will most likely need a database driver. Or you could store all the changed variables in text files, and then upload them once the user is back online. What I can't guess is why you would need to try to achieve something...

I know of no way skype would work for this, that is for text/voice communication, not SMS. I have tried with 3, but they do not seem to accept the emails at all.
