Your account has been permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service. We do not expedite account deletions under these circumstances. Your account will be automatically deleted by the system sometime after 14 days - could be longer.

Proxies are a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service so your account will remain permanently suspended.
