According to corey's post even though the servers are done. There are more tweaks has to be done. The correct url is the url from your account management panel. Did you tried the same url for the FTP.

you can host another domain making it addon domain so that it will point to another folder on your account. no need of another account. Or you can park the domain and use the .htaccess to point it to another folder.
