X10 is not domain registrar, So can't transfer. But you can point the domain to your hosting account. change the namservers of the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com the propagation may take upto 48 hours. park the domain in your cpanel.

The www is sybolic link to the public_html folder. So the folder is public_html www is a just link pointing to public_html folder So both are same. both reflects same.
