Create the database in cpanel --> mysql databases and create a user for database then assign all the privileges to that user Set those settings here at the scripts config file. database host is localhost databasename is cpanelusername_databasename username is cpanelusername_databaseusername

What ever mailer script you want to use, I think you can set mails to be sent through smtp temporarily. Once the php mail() is enabled, it can set back.
