    Gmail Advert Disabling!!

For me, I don't mind text based ads. Simple ads that are parsed in with the page and aren't Javascript infested are just fine with me, and I might check them out. Anything else will hit the fan and never make it to my PC/device, ever.

    Anyone tried evony

I've never played it, but I have heard of it. If it's a browser based game, just install Ad-blocking software, or filter it network side and call ad viewing a thing of the past. If it's an .exe then workarounds will be needed. By the way visit Gametrailers.com, or any other Viacom owned website...

    Neat security software

Well, for those of you who are up to date on the news, you should already know that current methods of fighting Malware real-time is starting to become obselete, and of course, defeated easilly. I came across a program called GeSWall which is basically a mix between an anti-malware program such...

    Windos 7 (NTFS vs WFS)

Much like the change from FAT/FAT32 to NTFS, changing the file system unless there is something seriously wrong with it, or unless it was seriously coded very well, would not yield much in terms of speed boost/slow down. But yet again I may be wrong.

    Windos 7 (NTFS vs WFS)

Even if the file system changes, it won't reduce the need for anti-virus/anti-malware software. All it will do is force virus writers to create new kinds of malware. Also, it'll force the Linux community to reverse engineer the file system so that Linux can understand the file system.

    Pop3

In cPanel under E-mail accounts, all of the information you need to set up your client can be found there. If need be, you can download a file that can configure your client for you if you're using Microsoft Outlook or Windows Mail/Outlook Express.

    Internet and Grammar

For my part of this topic, the basic grammar stuff such as "lol" and "rofl" I'll use from time to time in posts, but I use fairly frequently during Instant Messaging chats. Take a look at any post I make on the internet, and you'll see I try to avoid going all "1337sp33k" in my posts or cutting...

3D Graphics in software compared to 3D Hardware

When it comes down to it Hardware rendering in my opinion is much better in the long run. Many higher end graphics cards that nVidia and ATi have completely smoke a CPU in it's tracks when it comes down to these kinds of jobs, as after all, that's what the video hardware was made for. I find...

(HP Vectra VLi) PS/2 ports not working

If it's as simple as one of the connectors coming off of the port, if you have a soldering gun you can simply repair it with that. I've fixed a few old PCs who had PS/2 ports fail on them from old age/use.

    Questions about Tiny VPS

If you know how to use Linux with no GUI, you'll be just fine. If you have no experience with Linux, educate yourself on the distro that you want to use on how to set things up and control them. It's not too hard, but many people would not want to venture into such a thing since they're used to...
