Hi, as you found out on irc, the server was dealt with earlier and appears to be working now.

when you create your account dont add the www at the front, but it would seem msephton1.x10hosting.com has been taken it could be that this is why its returning the error for you.

That server was being worked on around that time and all would seem to be fine now.

What do you see, nothing at all? or will it just not seemingly let you login?

As I said, its possibly because doing a who is on the domain returns nothing as if its not registered.

If after 72 hours it still doesnt work, then please repost here asking for help.

It does take upto 72 hours for name server changes to work through, by the looks of it you only change the name servers today.

the whois db doesnt return anything for that domain, which could be part of the problem. There are no entries for that domain on our name servers.

What is the domain name? We wont have any dns entries for it unless you have reigstered the domain as an added on or parked domain. If when our servers try and do a look up on the domain it returns no information this can cause the error you've seen.

what permissions do you have on the file? Did you write it in a text file in windows, or did you use the editor from cpanel?
