We don't raise bandwidth limits. 10gb should be enough. I would wait and see how the usage is and if you need more, change to ad-enhanced or paid.

That is correct. If you want it on a new line, add <br /> right before the ad code.

It seems to be back up. The high load may have been caused by some maintenance but I'm not sure.
