In the MySQL section of your cPanel, remove the database user and re-assign them to the database with the correct permissions.

Where were you sending Email from that you got the error?

Go into your MySQL area and try removing the MySQL user and re-adding them with all the permissions to your database. Make sure your config file is using the correct database and database user also.

We do not support dl on any of our services, and most hosting also will have this disabled. DL alows dynamic loading of modules which is a huge security risk. -Corey

In your mail options turn the catch-all to fail. That is usually the problem with it. I'll see if I can remove some of the Email. -Corey

Do you know why it needs the extended functionality of PHPv3? We rarely give it out as PHP v2 is designed to work with 95% of the accounts. We trade the 5% for a lot of additional security.
