    New forum users have some restrictions until they have made at least 10 posts. That is likely part of the problem. Also, only forum users with higher ranks and privileges are allowed to reply to posts in free hosting support.

    If an account is suspended the account owner will not be allowed access to the account or files so backups would be impossible under those circumstances. Always a good idea to have recent backups stored on your own PC.
