cPanel usernames are limited to 8 characters only. Also cPanel username could not change. The only way to change cPanel username is to terminate your this hosting account and create a new account.

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with email "ericdu.x10hosting@soodonims.com" and password. This is your other client account, change email of this account to some other email. Then come back to this account and change your email.

I cannot fine "thevenue" username in our system, Look like your account got terminated because of inactivty. You can signup again now.
