I reset your password again to the same one I PMd you. This time try changing the password inside your cPanel and not through the AIP. -Corey

I think one of our staff dealt with this recently but I'm not sure the outcome. Can you check the error log in your cPanel and see if it gives you a more specific error about this? -Corey

Are you able to send mails through your webmail?

You could continually use POST instead of get and just store the POST variables in all hidden fields. Anything that is spanning over multiple pages that needs to be stored should be done in SESSIONS though, they are very easy to use and sounds like it would be worth it in your case.
