Hi, Can you login to cPanel, remove the database user and re-assign it? If that does not work can you create a NEW database user and assign it permissions to the database? This can all be done under the MySQL section of your cPanel. -Corey

That IP is from South Africa. Did you change your cPanel password already? Someone would have had to create a full backup via cPanel for it to get there, it is not done automatically. It's possible Ruby is there by default even if you didn't use it. The cPanel form file is a temporary file...

Hi, The page is loading in less then 3 seconds for me right now. Is it just the main page you're having issues with? Are you having trouble with it right now? Regarding the suspensions, I have removed the suspensions from the server until we have more time to look into it's sensitivity. -Corey

You're only required to display one ad for your account type. I would stick with that. Having multiple of the same may be causing your issue.

It's most likely because of everything we're doing. I just went to your site and got: "26 queries. 2.136 seconds." Which still isn't the best but much better than what you posted. Because of all the scripts we're running it's hard to say for sure but you're probably right. -Corey

You need to update your links and any scripts you use. Changing your domain does not do this for you. -Corey
