The database problems were with the forum database, not MicroTechXP's site.

As Adam said, you should consider creating your website in dreamweaver, frontpage or another WYSIWYG editor, not Word, as the pages do not work under any browser else than Internet Explorer
I believe that not much people have reached the email limit. However, keep in mind that x10 doesn't check the number of email sent or the number of emails queued, but the resource usage.
This is why you should create either a cron job that sends few emails (about 10-25) every 5 minutes.

The information released could leak information about the servers and this could set the servers at risk.
i.e. If a cracker knows a hole in a certain program and finds out that x10 uses that program, he could use that knowledge to exploit x10.
We have reasons to believe that it might be related to this issue http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/101588-starka-apache.html . I've escalated the issue, but my guess (and adamparker's one) is that the problem is probably related to that issue.
Always look in the http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/ section for any reported problems concerning your server before reporting a problem with your website.
