I haven't used windows 7 yet, but from what people are saying it's pretty good. I would be interested to a benchmark comparison between Windows 7 and something like Ubuntu or Fedora. Anyone dual booting yet? ~Callum

718mb? What do you mean do little? I would say 1gb is about enough. The 4gb required to get a windows vista pc working well could power a linux supercomputer. Well, not quite, but it feels like it. ~Callum

I don't do gaming, so I'm fine free of windows. I use Fedora 11 with wine and Ubuntu Netbook Remix on my laptop. I'm saving up for a Mac. ~Callum
