Warez is one of our zero tolerance permanent suspension reasons; we cannot remove the suspension, or provide access to the account for any reason including backups.

If it's running on javascript and not actually using x10's resources (as in it's having the client connect and download, NOT the x10 server), that'd be fine. It's the same reason why chatboxes like the ones from CBox work - they load client side and don't actually hammer -us- with tons of mysql...

That's due to DNS propagation, which depending on DNS provider can take up to 72 hr to complete. It is also not something we can expedite, since it's not actually -us- providing the DNS. That's usually your ISP.

To add a bit more onto that, it's because you're already permanently suspended. We can't expedite erasure of a Zero Tolerance suspended account.

False positive from the antivirus my scanner's using; gimme a few to kill the scanner so it doesn't kill that part again and it'll be unsuspended within 60 seconds.

The part about Warez and Copyright Infringement in the TOS then? This is a zero tolerance permanent suspension. You won't be allowed to retrieve -anything- from your account, nor can we remove the suspension.

Calm down with the massive spam. The problem is MySQL Chatboxes aren't allowed on free hosting as per the TOS; we can't unsuspend for that. Whether it's been freaking out all day or not doesn't change that there's stuff on the account that shouldn't be.

The other thing to note is the system we use for the high resource stuff -does- work, but it also doesn't suspend instantly when someone exceeds the limits - if it did, then pretty much everyone on free hosting would be suspended, even if they used more than the limit on CPU for 0.01 seconds...
