urgent pls lift suspension on soundmandubs

Ajax admin panel has been freaking out all day and chat became enabled - i forgot to mention sql problems at around 2.30 pm uk for a few hours previous to the freak out. Could account status be returned to clean pls, also the notice repeats itself so does this mean that the account is still suspended untill all 4 notices have been closed?

As I already stated this is a permanent suspension that we cannot remove. I understand you're saying mysql freaked out, but the problem is it shouldn'tve been there to start with as per our TOS. The other tickets are all deleted because you only need 1. There's no point to constantly making new tickets since each of them was for the same thing, and they'll all get the same answer.
