Are you trying to create an adfree account or an adenhanced account?

You should be able to login using both the links. For the time being please ignore whatever errors you see. All that will be fixed in time.

As for the first question, the main domain will most likely reflect your cPanel username. And you need to put all your files in the public_html folder itself. There will be no need to create a seperate folder.

Your subdomain seems to work alright. I get a script installation page when I open it. Please clear all temporary data, flush the DNS and try again.
