    Moodle not working

Did you just add the subdomain to the account? You could try: cPanel --> Advanced DNS Zone Editor --> Chose the subdomain and reset the zone because at the moment, the nameservers do not have that subdomain in the system.

    MySQL connection

There is no remote access to the MySQL on free hosting accounts. No exceptions. Your app would have to contact a .php page on your site, which would have to then query the server, and then relay the answer (properly formatted) back to your app.

We are now unsuspending your account

You forgot to say the magic word, "hemisemidemiquaver". People usually do. You are now un-suspended. Weird looking fish on your front page. Be sure to clear browser cache and history so you won't see an old copy of the suspended page.

AirTran Virtual Airlines - Requesting Access to CPanel or Download All Data

You don't seem to get it. When the site was created, someone had a free hosting account. You must log in using that account. Not one made in the future. Posting the main domain name would help too.

    DNS exploit

When I Google www.luisthedude.com , none of the results redirect. And exactly what makes you think the nameservers are hacked? If they were the cause of what you saw via Google, the same thing would have happened when you type the URL into the address bar. EDIT: Seems that the above site...
