ASP .NET is NOT supported on x10hosting.
What you see when you go to the URL is the contents of your document root, public_html, since you do not have an index.html or other file that is a default home page recognized by the system.
cPanel --> Domains --> Parked Domains OR Addon Domains
Parked == parked on top of your main domain. Just an alias. Exact same content. Not a redirect.
Addon == separate content from you main domain. Stored in a subdirectory of public_html.

I prefer to display my sites' URLs without the www. Looks cleaner. The system treats the two, with/without www, the same.
Consider how people talk about big sites, it's "C N N dot com" or " E S P N dot com" or "Google dot com", no "www".
