Which browsers where you using at the internet cafe? IE 6 for example only shows the favicon in your favorites area. So the browser you were using may not be one the shows favicons in the normal spot.

WiC, or World in Conflict is my favorite online game, although I have stopped playing it because I have too much work to do. :( All my friends play WoW but I have never really understood why.

I fixed up the poll so that it can be read by english speakers, please always remember that your posts should be readable by english speakers.

Just leave the stuff thats in the folder and put your stuff into it as well, most of those folders are not shown on the website and I believe that some of them are important for the website.

The "public_html" directory is the correct place to put your website, it corresponds to your domain or subdomain. Ie. \home\(username)\public_html\index.php = www.(domain).com/index.php
