The only advertisement that you can put in your signature is static text or an image. (but you can get the image from outside, and make it dynamic)

If what I understood is correct, you are not receiving the registration email from x10. Don't panic, x10 reduced the number of new account because of updates and upgrades that it is doing to the whole server pool and services.

x10 has reduced the number of new accounts created recently because of un-going improvement to the whole server pool and services.

It is allowed, if it respects the size regulation.

x10 recently moved the official support for already registered members to support.x10hosting.com, but I think that they still monitor this forum once in a while.
