You put a banner up on your site from the exchange network. Each time the banner is viewed you get credit and then your banner will be viewed on someone else's site. So, in theory you are exchanging traffic with other people. -Corey

This will start getting better, you're still seeing affects from the server merger (Vox & Stoli). We're cleaning up all the bad accounts at roughly 1 per 3 minutes. If the account it is removing is quite large it can cause problems like you're seeing. We will be all caught up soon. -Corey

This is an issue with your ISP and not x10. Your ISP has the IP of your site cached before it was created. If you go to anysite.x10hosting.com and it does not exist it goes to an IP ending in .241. Your ISP is still sending you there instead of your site. The only thing you can really do in...

If you're using Outlook, you need to check the option off to "leave a copy of message on server", if that is not checked off your Outlook will download the messages removing them from the webmail.

It's possible they might have updated or changed it since the tutorial was written. You might want to check on the SMF forums for some help with that. -Corey
