Is the issue that you cannot reach the login page for cPanel or is it that you are unable to login to cPanel for some reason? If you are having difficulty logging into cPanel you may want to try this: How to change your cPanel password

Problem should be solved now. If not, just post back and we will assist you farther. Please remember that you must login to the forums at least once every 31 days in order to avoid suspension for inactivity. Account manager and cPanel login do not count.

That account will be automatically terminated by the system sometime after at least 14 days have past. Could take longer. We do not expedite those types of account deletions. Also be aware do we do not delete forum accounts.

Account activation is usually very quick but it can take up to 36 hours if there is a long queue.
