Your forums account is not linked with any hosting account. What is your cPanel username? What username and password you are using to login on Account Panel?

Did you point your domain to x10hosting Name Servers?

Go to cPanel then click on email accounts, There Click on configure main client. All SMTP setting are written there. put these setting in mail option in admincp of your forums.

Which cPanel link you are using to update your website? Make sure you are using this Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page. The details of your hosting account are...

Remove the word test from username and password. Then try again.

Probably your old account is already terminated because of inactivity Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php Login there with forums username and password. Then Go to http://x10hosting.com/signup.php and register a new hosting account.
