I am able to view your website with no difficulty. Can you be more specific about the problem you are having? Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

What directory did you upload your files to? You should be uploading files to the public_html directory.

As stated in the message you should be able to unsuspend yourself in your account management panel. What kind of website do you have? Forum, WordPress, something else? High resource usage issues are very frequently caused by plugins. You will want to take a look at any plugins you may be using..
