They moved the servers around and your server is now vox.x10hosting.com and your new IP address is 198.91.81.4 .
Since you use off-site DNS servers, you have to change them yourself so they point to the correct address.
1. It helps if you use the Forum account attached to the free hosting account when asking questions. I tracked it down using your domain.
2. The x10 nameservers are stuck pointing your domain at the old server.
3. Can you log onto cPanel on your server Vox?
You can also try to use the "reset" button.
No matter what the cPanel says, x10's nameservers are pointing your paid domain to 69.175.121.66, your old server. So you have to force it to change.
1. Can you log onto cPanel via https://level.x10hosting.com:2083/ ?
2. Does it show your add-on domain?
3. Go to Advanced Zone Editor
4. Select your domain
5. Edit the A record for that domain to 198.91.81.3
Seems to be working now. Please remember to clear your browser cache and history, close the browser, and then reopen the browser before checking your site again.
The Free Hosting accounts are located on several (3 at the moment) servers.
Each has a name.
vox.x10hosting.com
level.x10hosting.com
absolut.x10hosting.com
Chopin.x10hosting.com was one of the previous servers.
You are on Absolut.x10hosting.com
You two are now unsuspended.
