Where are you trying to write to (document root starts from within 'public_html' as '/')? This could be to do with permissions.

As far as I'm aware, mod_security2 does not allow people to control mod_security2 via htaccess files. This means that you can't turn it off yourself on your account.

Oh, I apologise. I can't see what you did under your account (apart from seeing the MySQL error page) so I'm just making guesses here and to try to narrow down what the cause is. Does the database and username match what's in the config.php folder? The credentials should all match or it won't...
