So, how do I get my domain functioning?

What is the permissions set on 'public_html'? It should be (0)755. In order to access this, you would go to the cPanel file manager, press on the text next to the house icon in the left pane, and then scroll down the right pane (where the file and folder listing is), you should see...

So, how do I get my domain functioning?

Where are you trying to write to (document root starts from within 'public_html' as '/')? This could be to do with permissions.

    Send form get forbidden

At the moment, I'm more blank than a blank page. ---------------- Alrighty, so from the looks of what you've typed, it does look similar to how a SQL query may look. Mod_security2 could have a rule to do with that in place.

I'm aware of that. By what I said, I mean it can take a bit of hackary to get it to display as intended.

So, how do I get my domain functioning?

All I can see is a document root directory listing showing just 'cgi-bin'. I don't think WP installed..

So "in" is the one being prevented from submission. Interesting.

    Send form get forbidden

As far as I'm aware, mod_security2 does not allow people to control mod_security2 via htaccess files. This means that you can't turn it off yourself on your account.

I have a Question! Buying domain!

I believe there's a way to detach it in a way, but all it would probably do is make the sub-domain provided by X10 to be unusable unless it gets a quick fix. It's something I wouldn't recommend doing. Also, that domain would still be in existence, which I believe defeats what you're wanting to...

Make sure the specified MySQL user exists in cPanel and that the credentials specified within the configuration file that holds the connection information are correct.

I have a Question! Buying domain!

As X10Hosting isn't a registrar (assuming it's non-premium services), you don't need to do that. You should be able to manage the domain on the registrar you're wanting to use (where you're going to purchase the domain). Also, you don't transfer the default (sub-)domain X10 had given you. Once...

They should. If not, the guide says what to edit either via FTP or the file manager in cPanel.

I have a Question! Buying domain!

Use this guide: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL That way, the site will be accessible on the new domain. Once again, I had been ninja'd.

    Domain Forwarding?

They appear for me on both mobile and PC. Are you using IE? Well, never mind that. IE8 and above renders it fine but below that it doesn't display them at all. Try clearing your cache.

    Domain Names

Oh, I apologise. I can't see what you did under your account (apart from seeing the MySQL error page) so I'm just making guesses here and to try to narrow down what the cause is. Does the database and username match what's in the config.php folder? The credentials should all match or it won't...

    Domain

Forgot to check the bottom of the page. Haha. Yeah, that's likely to be an issue. This happened to a company but none of the links would work (apart from the main page), so switching permalinks to default fixed the issue (was then able to switch it to what it was before and it was working fine)...

Have you entered 'byowltes_mee' or 'byowltes_mee;'? I personally would have typed the second one after a quick read (blame the looks of the forums on a small screen).
