Got it to stop redirecting to the suspended page; you'll need to go to your account panel and change the password for your cpanel in order to be able to access it again though. Part of the fix for getting that suspension fixed ends up needing a new cpanel password set.

Blank was a glitch in our illegal file scanner; it means you had been permanently suspended for something, but it failed to leave the note saying what. For the benefit of the doubt, give me about 5 minutes and I'll know what you're suspended for.

This's been happening a lot recently; the account looks like it created just fine anyways.

Which is funky cause I checked another account a few minutes ago - it actually created and linked to his account just fine; it did create, from what I can tell. Is it possible it's actually in there twice - one that went through, and then one that failed?

Is it possible you double-submitted a hosting request by accident? Cause it's showing username rickralp linked to your hosting account, created and active.
