We don't expedite the erasure of permanently suspended accounts. The system automatically erases them after a time. The time is currently unknown, as it used to be 14 days, however there's accounts suspended for longer than that which are still around, so no promises when it'll get erased.

Nope. Proxies are a zero tolerance violation and you won't be unsuspended, just like everyone else using proxies (and there are a minimum of 28 - my sig started with a total of 3 in the last 24hr when I started the proxy hunt.)
