My guess is you may want to end up nuking the install and starting over; I've had zero luck with upgrades in the past, but do wait for the bluescreen to occur again - the error message itself might be helpful enough to figure if a nuke and go will even fix it, or if it's more a hardware issue.

And resuspended for the script hosting that is capturing passwords, quite possibly from a trojan horse. No one needs a list of unencrypted passwords on their account.

No, this round it's showing you put a proxy on your free hosting account, which is explicitly disallowed in the TOS. This resulted in your permanent suspension. Proxies are also not allowed on paid.

How long has it been since it went down? Was it roughly at the end of July? Cause at the end of July an announcement was posted - only unsuspended accounts had been restored, so if your account had been suspended prior to our maintainence midway through July, you would've had to request it be...

"Proxies" aren't a funny restriction, they've been in the TOS since 2005 - took you 25 minutes to break the rules and get permanently suspended. We cannot unsuspend you for any reason.

We can't, as we'd have to unsuspend the account to provide the backups. As per the TOS, you're responsible for your own backups anyways.

Warez in the TOS flat out says it also forbids links to. This is a permanent suspension and cannot be removed.
