Go to file manager inside your cPanel and find the folder named public_html. This is the default location for index files.

Your account has been suspended for violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Phproxy scripts are prohibited on x10hosting servers. This is a zero tolerance suspension. Your account will remain suspended and terminated after 14 days.
