You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately in your account management panel

Please post your cPanel username so I can investigate farther.

All we know is what is posted in the link I provided. Check there every now and then. There should be periodic updates as things progress.

All of the information we currently have is at the link I posted. Staff is working very hard to complete the job and it should be done soon but I cannot give you an exact time. Nothing should change with your cPanel or login.
