+1 Actually I loged in to cpanel to restore the data. As I have the latest data backup. But once i selected the phpmyadmin. I saw all the data as it is. So I understood the problem and waiting for the response from the staff.

Ok now we got the data back to the site.

I too observed that, I also observed that the mysql contains the data wheni tried to connect using phpmyadmin the articles on my site are there on the mysql but i feel like the site configurations are connecting to the other mysql server not the one we are connecting through the...

I too agree with taking the monthly backup of the site and daily backup of mysql. This is good idea.

By looking at the figures inn your post. Actually the memory limit is 32MB = 33554432 bytes, In your php file it tried to allocate 30720 bytes = 30KB, Then what is the problem. :cool: Can you check the code once again.

By not doing daily backups, The server load will reduce significantly. So raising of the disk space is my option. :)

I too have linux server. Works as FTP, Web and NFS servers. Previously i have it on windows but once it given some problem. I switched to Linux. So far no problem.

I have 2.3GHz. Quad Core processor on idle it stays at 32-33 and on load it goes to 45. :)
