Same here - most of the downtime I've had was caused by me. There was a 20 minute downtime at one point for an update that was installed, but 99.9% allows x10 something like 40 minutes total downtime monthly, and that's about the only downtime I can remember in the 2 years I've used paid XD

What did you have to enter to claim the "prize?" Cause if you had to enter your username/pass, you may have just given your account details to a scammer. My guess is the site that was running on x10 was suspended for Phishing, but you will still want to contact Zynga to see if you can recover...

Because there was warez which violates copyright, and some of the games were adult games and thus qualify as Adult Material under the x10hosting TOS and Acceptable Use Policy, both of which explicitly disallow adult material. That's a zero tolerance suspension, so you can't be unsuspended.

That topic had been dead for 2+ weeks is the thing I can see, and the answer you had given wasn't correct at the time - the issue at the time the topic was actually posted was indeed that terminations were still ongoing and were causing slowness.
