    privacy

Most of said snooping is done by automated systems that run it against a few hundred plus templates to see if it matches; if it does, it's either illegal or phishing, etc, and the system suspends it automatically. These are easy to identify; they show up as something like "Violation of...

    run a torrent tracker

Just to clarify that, it can't link to any music files that aren't legal to be redistributed. If it does, thatd violate the Copyright Infringement part of the TOS and result in a suspension as well; this has happened to at least 2 accounts recently (I found both >_<)

    what that mean

If staff reviewed it manually (which they did) and found it to be nulled (which they did), it wasn't the trial version on your site. It would've been one distributed illegally and thus was quite likely the full-feature-enabled program, but you didn't have the legal rights to use it as it wasn't...

    Flash Problem? Need Help

http://www.gamesiteuk.x10hosting.com/funtimearcade/arcade/game_502.swf for example: 404 not found. Either it's pointing at the wrong spot, or more likely it's a case error - x10 runs on linux, so game_502.swf isn't the same as Game_502.swf, or game_502.SWF, etc. Make sure they're all lowercase...

    Cronjob not working.

I'll leave this one up for Jake in this case; I don't have a free account setup (I'm on paid); the only thing I do know at the moment with paid is that in my case it's generating a lot of almost-blank emails; only thing I personally can think of is whether or not the contact email set for you in...

    Cronjob not working.

Please read the entire topic before posting; Jake has already located what we think to be the source of the problem, and if it was that someone disabled the notifications (as in an admin of x10), there'd be a lot more posts about it by now I'm sure :/

    Please unsuspend my acount

As covered EXPLICITLY in the TOS you agreed to when you signed up, Proxies aren't allowed on x10hosting. This is a Zero Tolerance suspension, so you're permanently suspended awaiting termination. No backups or account access is permitted at this point.

Omg love x10hosting but i cant host here

Bryon, check the source - php-nuke epic failed something awful. It's cutting off before it even prints a body tag so something's way off :( Sadly I haven't a clue what to do to fix that - I've never used phpnuke.

    Accountedge deletion

Or, since you're already zero tolerance suspensioned, you can wait patiently until it's erased - I don't think staff do special requests when you've violated x10hostings TOS ;) Edit: Quick note, it was for nulled scripts apparently.

    Please unsuspended my site ASAP

Escalating up to the ticket area then; hit the link in the orange bar at the top.

    un suspend my hosting account

You were permanently suspended in line with x10hosting's Zero Tolerance policy for Phishing, which is a violation of several laws in the USA. You will not be unsuspended, and no backups will be given.

    account suspension

I'd still let your friend know; if he were to use a hosting service similar to x10's and get caught the same way, his data's at risk too. In the mean time, look up MyBB, PHPBB, or SMF - they're all freeware (legitimately free, look them up on google for their homepages) forum systems. A lot of...

    account suspension

In most illegal vbulletin's I've seen, there is a lack of a license number in the files. There is also a rather identifying file left in there by the release group that cracked it - the scanner looks for both.
  14. Livewire

    account suspension

That'd be why then; there is no trial version available from vbulletin's official site. He gave you something tagged as trial that really was warez and in violation of federal copyright law. Knowing that, the account got picked up by one of the scanners, and permanently suspended. There's no...

    Suspension

Checked with Corey on instant messenger; we've never purchased or dealt with a company called CXR at all. The name doesn't even ring a bell with him at all :/

    Suspension

Who is CXR? And the login requirement has been present on x10hosting since at LEAST 6-30-2005 - it was there when I joined. Only person to be upset with right now is yourself - x10's had it in the TOS that you had to agree to in order to sign up.

    500 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

Correcting masshuu: http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/18608-proxies-torrents.html We DO NOT allow these types of files on our servers. If you have proxy or torrent software on your site remove it immediately or you will be suspended. -Corey I am not sure if this has been...

    Filezilla problems

Easy solution: tawnylewis.com has not been registered. To use a .com domain you have to buy it from somewhere and set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, then park it in cpanel or change your main domain to match that address. That's the problem though - no one's...

    I'm suspended?

The ram one is the big one actually; it's pretty easy to get that to go insane in a hurry, along with 20 concurrent processes. If a rogue plugin starts a few copies of itself by accident (usually for threading purposes), it'll hit that limit in a hurry too. Ram is the one I'm leaning towards...

    I'm suspended?

I had it bookmarked for just such an occasion! :) http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/99095-resource-usage-monitoring.html * 25% CPU * 5% memory (eg 400 MB) * 240 seconds of CPU time per hour * 20 concurrent processes executing If a user exceeds any of these limits...
