I'm having the same issue on x13 as well (truthbetold.elementfx.com). That said, it started last night right after I had uploaded all of my updated PHP scripts (which were edited to use "mysqli" calls) and so it leaves me wondering if it's a server issue or one that I've somehow caused...
If you see only the large direct admin icon after logging into your account (which eventually changes to an error and "red cross" icon), your browser is likely not supported by direct admin. Try another.
If your site displays just a blank page, it could be that it is depending on the old PHP DB...
Both my site (truthbetold.elementfx.com) as well as the admin panel have been down since the beginning (3 weeks?). If I access the site, I just get a blank page and my logging into the admin panel just results in a big blue icon eventually followed by a big red "x-mark" icon and the following...
Does anyone know if x13 has been migrated yet? My site is still down and if I try to log in to administer it I get just a large blue icon in the middle of the page (apparently representing the new admin panel) which after about two or three minutes becomes a large red "cross" icon with the text...
Hmm... That doesn't sound good. On the other hand, I have faith that these good folks will get it all resolved. I guess our server is one of the last ones being updated. :)
I realize that the front-end servers are non-functional but should my hosted site itself be down if inactivity suspensions aren't being imposed? My site just displays a blank page. :(
I noticed a couple of hours ago that I'm unable to access either my site or webmail. It's reporting the following error when I try accessing the site itself:
Could not connect to server: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (11 "Resource temporarily...
I'm seeing the same error (except when trying to access my website). I'm also seeing a "database error: connection failed" when trying to access webmail.
I just experienced the same error accessing my website and I was about to open a thread here but I checked one last time and viola! The site was back up. :) As far as I know, this is the only downtime my site has ever had in the 4 or 5 years since I began using x10 (aside from it being expired...
My account was recently suspended due to inactivity and I unsuspended it myself like I've done in the past but when I click the button to access my cpanel, I get a page that says "you don't have any websites added. Create one and begin your online presence today!" The good news is my website is...
Welcome back! I'm on my second year with X10. This is a great host. My site has been up and running pretty constant since I started here. X10 is the first free hosting service I've used that didn't go belly up or attempt some sort of bait and switch.
Welcome weareweb! Nope, no posting in forum is required. Here you'll find a community of people who post because they want to, not because they're forced to... ;-) and that's just one reason why I'm here...
