Still getting this error. What is going on?

I have a knowledge base mod installed on my site, and up until today I have had no issues with adding or editing articles.......but now, all of the sudden, I cannot do either. I have already posted in the mod's support topic on the phpBB community site in case it is the modification itself...

Oh wow...o_o I suppose I could clear up the store subfolder...I don't think that will hurt the site in any way

You can't switch themes in the cPanel...you get a 500 internal server error. Needs to be fixed :/

Okay but it still makes no sense that all of the sudden I can't access my sites in the afternoon when before then I could access them fine - because I'm pretty sure the limit hasn't JUST been enforced - hasn't it been there for a while now? Even if it's not a long time? What am I supposed to do...

cPanel works but the files take forever to load. They usually come up instantly

My site is loading really slowly and Chrome occasionally tells me it is unable to access the network when the internet for me works fine (and other webpages load fine). Not sure if this is x10's issue or what :/

Why was I suspended? :/ All the reason says is "Reason − Administrative suspension." Doesn't explain much. :( I'd like my account unsuspended please....:(
