I keep getting the 503 error in a popup whenever I go to a forum section on my site. It also makes the chat I have installed not work...as in the chat messages don't appear (they do on the index page). I've had an instance where I got the error on a page when going to a section but after...

I just can't log in....it's taking forever to load. I can get to the file manager fine but not the control panel.

Still haven't this issue. If someone asks if it's the permissions, that's not the issue as I haven't touched the file permissions in months. I am able to edit files using Notepadd++ and uploading the new file. The button Save Changes just would not work.

Files aren't saving in cPanel...I make the change, click Save Changes but the usual success box does not show up. It doesn't work. Actually none of the buttons at the top right work except for the Use code/text editor
