Hi, if you are getting email on gmail but not on hotmail, then there could be a problem with hotmail but not with x10 smtp. The mail headers can be tweaked to get compatible with hotmail and gmail. Did you check with any other email service like yahoo ..if not try and revert back.

Hi, Can you type in the errors as well. But easiest way to do it is to zip the folder and upload using cPanel and use unzip from cPanel. Try using cPanel and if you cannot ,revert back.
